It is mixed with light oils of Rosehip and Shea that helps soothe tired puffy eyes with fine lines that form under the eye area. For delightful cold, keep it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before use. Good for all ages and skin types and can also be applied on the face. Vegan.
