Our Navoms Head Balm is loaded with multitude of essential oils that are helpful for rubbing on head and over nose during stuffy nose nights with tension in your head. Contains essential oils of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Camphor that are mixed with lightweight oils of Grapeseed to make this a lightweight velvet balm. Keep away from eyes. For external use only.

Usage
For nose, dab a little amount on nose and rub to massage.
For head, apply little amount to your temples, neck and shoulder blade area.
Keep away from eyes and don’t apply directly inside your nose.
